17-048 - USEPA Brownfields Site Assessments

The City of Montrose is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and experience from interested parties to provide environmental and engineering consulting services and to assist the City of Montrose in grant administration for an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Community Wide Petroleum and Hazardous Materials Assessment Grant. The City of Montrose received a $300,000 grant to assess potentially contaminated properties within the City of Montrose. The City is seeking consultants with documented experience working with communities with characteristics similar to those of the City of Montrose to help administer and expend these funds effectively and efficiently.
