REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Montrose, Colorado, by and through its Placement Agent, D.A. Davidson & Company (“D.A. Davidson”), is accepting proposals from qualified institutions for Fixed-Rate Lending in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents.
Offerors wishing to participate should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of proposal. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure that the proposal is submitted prior to the submission deadline; late proposals will not be considered. All proposals shall be binding upon the respondent if accepted by the City within sixty (60) calendar days of the submission date. Negligence upon the part of the respondent in preparing the proposal confers no right of withdrawal after the time fixed for the submission of proposal.
Questions
Each offeror, before submitting their proposal, shall become fully informed as to the extent and character of work required. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Placement Agent via e-mail to bdebenedet@dadco.com. Question Deadline: September 13, 2017. (Questions received after the deadline may not be answered).
Submittal Instructions
Submittal requirements are outlined in the Submittals section of the Bid Documents. Submittals shall be forwarded to the office of the Placement Agent via email to bdebenedet@dadco.com, prior to the due date and time indicated below.
