Description

The City of Loveland Public Works and Water & Power Departments (City) are requesting proposals for Third Party Cost Estimating Services for cost-verification of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) contract for construction of a major stormwater, water, and wastewater capital improvement project in an existing residential area.
The Garfield Harrison Storm Water Improvements Project will consist of 4 phases broken into 3-4 years. Each phase will have its own Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Connell Resources will prepare a cost estimate for each phase. This RFP is requesting proposals by qualified firms to prepare a third party cost estimates for each of the phases as within the 3-4-year timeline. . Following each estimate preparation, a meeting will be held to resolve differences in cost estimates.

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) on Thursday, September 30th, 2021, as noted by the electronic stamp on the message. The response subject line must be clearly labeled “CMAR 3rd Party Cost Estimating Services”.
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal email system will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the City’s email system, internet connections, or power outages. Please allow at least 5 minutes before time due for internal server processing.
