The City of Loveland, Colorado (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals to provide public relations and communication services as specified herein. RFPs must be received electronically by the Loveland City Clerk’s Office at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Thursday, July 20, 2023 as noted by the electronic stamp on the message. The response line must be clearly labeled “Public Relations and Communication Services for Loveland Public Library”
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal email system, will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the City’s email system, internet connections, or power outages. Please allow at least 5 minutes before time due to internal service processing.
The City is seeking proposals from public relations/marketing Consultants with expertise working with libraries and/or non-profits. The Consultants would create a campaign focused on telling the Library’s story to the Loveland community. The goal is to create awareness about the Library’s offerings and impact. The City does not desire a marketing campaign to drive traffic to the Library or our on-line services; this can be a secondary result, but not a primary focus.
