The City of Loveland (City) and the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (Airport) are accepting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms with considerable experience in local government auditing to perform annual audits of the City’s and Airport’s financial records. Proposals shall consist of Financial and Compliance Auditing Services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with the possibility of renewing for four (4) subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing Standards (2017), the provisions of the federal Single Audit Act of 1984 (as amended in 1996) and the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance).
Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted electronically to bids@cityofloveland.org by the deadline set forth above. Proposals received later than the referenced time, as noted by the City’s internal server clock, will not be accepted for review or consideration. Proposals delivered to any other person or email address other than bids@cityofloveland.org will not be accepted for review or consideration.
