Description

The City of Loveland will select and contract with the successful Service Provider to produce completed, ready for service, turn-key supervisor, patrol and unmarked vehicles; including decals, vaults, gun locks, controls, lighting, radio installation, and accessories for the following vehicles:
• Ford Utility Police Interceptor – B/W Patrol Units
• Ford Utility Police Interceptor -- Undercover package
• Chevrolet Tahoe PPV – B/W Patrol equipped with K-9 package
• Cost to be negotiated for other vehicle types after Service Provider is selected.
There will be predetermined inspection times arranged during the build for City Fleet and Police Department employees to inspect units.

Bids must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on September 30, 2021. The subject line in the email must contain the name of the bid and the company name and address should be in the body of the email.
