The City is seeking an individual or firm to create and produce a destination event for Visit Loveland during Valentine’s Day weekend February 10-12, 2023. Visit Loveland is the tourism management and marketing organization for the City of Loveland and is funded by the lodging tax. The website is www.VisitLovelandCO.com.
The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.

Emails must have name of RFP in subject line and name of proposer in the body of the email. Emails, including all attachments and graphics attached to email cannot exceed 25MB.
