Description

The City will select an enhanced Wi-Fi solution to meet the project and functional requirements
identified in this RFP. The enhanced Wi-Fi solution should be offered as-a-service (SaaS), with
a preference given to the architecture that offers the lowest total cost of ownership over 5 years
and provides the best overall customer experience. The City intends to offer this service to
residential broadband customers, multi-dwelling and multi-tenant customers, as well as small
and medium business class customers. The preferred platform will provide an enhanced Wi -Fi
solution that caters to these different customer classes.

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before
2:00 p.m. (MST) on Thursday, May 19, 2022 as noted by the electronic stamp on the
me ssage. The response subject line must be clearly labeled “Enhanced Wi-Fi Solution
for Pulse”.
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all p roposals. Proposals that
are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal
email system will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by
the City’s email system, internet connections, or power outages. Please allow at least 5
minutes before time due for internal server processing
