If submitting by mail or hand delivery, please enclose in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled “Proposal for AIPP Inspection and conditions reports” with the Proposer’s name. If submitting via email please put the bid name in the subject line of the email. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City, will not be considered.
