  The City will hold a virtual pre-submittal meeting on June 4, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. to allow proposers an opportunity to ask questions prior to the submission of proposals. This meeting is not mandatory.  Proposals may be submitted without being represented at the meeting. Interested parties must register in advance to receive the meeting access information. To register, please complete the following steps:
   

  1. Send an email to Kerri.Burchett@cityofloveland.org with the subject line: “Pre-Submittal Meeting Registration – RFP 2025-045”. 
  2. In the body of the email, include:
     1. Company name
     2. Name(s) of attendee(s)
     3. Email address(es)
     4. Phone number
