Representatives of the City will be present to discuss the Project. Prospective BIDDERS are invited to attend and present their questions relative to this Bid at this conference. Attendance at this pre-bid conference will be required to submit a Bid. Failure to attend will result in result in the rejection of the bid.

Sealed Bids will be received by City of Louisville, Office of City Engineer, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027 until 10:00 a.m., MST, March 5, 2024. At said place and time, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after said closing time of 10:00 a.m. MST will not be accepted and be returned unopened. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project Name and Date.
