Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Louisville, Office of City Engineer, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027. At said place and time, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after March 1 10:00 a.m. MST will not be accepted and be returned unopened. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project Name and Date.
