20221110-LHA - Village Place Resyndication and Rehabilitation – Architectural Services

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) intends to award a contract to a qualified architectural firm to design, prepare bid documents and provide construction phase services for the resyndication and rehabilitation of Village Place, a 72 unit senior property located at 600 Coffman Street, Longmont Colorado 80501. The City of Longmont, on behalf of the Longmont Housing Authority, is requesting proposals for architectural services to assist the Longmont Housing Authority in designing, preparing bid documents and providing construction phase services for this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and other funding programs yet to be determined.
