ISS-MD-18056 - School Flasher Time Clock Switches

This is a notice of intent to conduct a procurement on the basis of other than full and open competition under Longmont Purchasing Code 4.12.150.J.  This is not a Request for Quotes or Proposals. The purpose of this notice is to allow interested parties to assert and explain their capability to provide the products described. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses to this notice. If other sources are found that are determined to meet the critical qualifications required, the City will conduct a competitive solicitation. 
The City will be replacing a number of the school flasher clocks, which are failing.  The City is seeking an individual, programmable school flasher time clock switch, which operates the flashing beacon and the variable speed signs and turns them on/off at the start and end of school each day, as programed.
