RFP-423057 - On-Call Backflow Assemblies Testing Services

Scope: The City of Longmont (City) is seeking backflow assembly testing contractor(s) to perform testing for customers that have not complied with the City’s testing deadline as part of the City's Backflow Prevention and Cross-Connection Control Program.  Contractors will work on an on-call and as-needed basis.

Minimum Qualifications: Proposals will be considered only from contractor(s) who have performed backflow assembly testing and inspection for at least 5 years and have experienced personnel able to perform the required services similar to the Scope of Work.

Contractor and subcontractor personnel must be registered Fire Suppression system Backflow Tester with the Colorado Division of Fire Safety, and/or ABPA /ASSE Certified and have knowledge in the use of USC approved test procedures.
