The work to be performed under this contract includes erosion and sediment control; grading, finish grading, and soil preparation; dewatering and pond construction; storm drainage, trenching and backfilling; concrete flatwork; aggregate surfacing; prefabricated restroom with a grain silo placed on top of it; water, sanitary sewer, and electrical service; prefabricated metal park shelters; playground equipment; sports courts; site furnishings, wood fencing, signs; irrigation system; trees, shrubs, seeding, sodding, mulching; and weed management. Refer to design documents for entire scope of work. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications.
