The purpose of this Notice of Intent to Sole Source (ISS) is to announce that the City of Longmont intends to award a procurement without full and open competition pursuant to Longmont Municipal Code 4.12.150(J). Only one specific and responsible source is known to have the ability to provide the required goods or services. This is not a Request for Bids, Quotes or Proposals.
