The major items of work associated with the RSA Improvements project relocation of two irrigation ditches outside of the Runway Safety Area.

The pre-bid agenda will be posted to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System site prior to the pre-bid
meeting.

During the pre-bid meeting call, the City will schedule site visits with pre-bid meeting attendees wishing
to visit the site. Those site visits will be held on June 17th. The pre-bid meeting call will be the only time
that the City will schedule the site visits, and the scheduled site visits will be the only opportunity for
potential bidders to visit the site.
