Summary of Specifications:
The Risk Management Division manages property and casualty insurance procurement, safety, loss prevention, contract development and review, claims adjusting and wellness programs on behalf of the City of Longmont and the Longmont Downtown Development Authority. Risk Management is seeking the services of a firm to provide professional insurance brokerage services for accessing insurance markets, placing insurance, and to provide consultation, training and various other services in direct support of the division’s responsibilities.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 29, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the City Service Center Building, 1100 South Sherman Street, in the Purchasing & Contracts Office.
