Description

The City of Longmont, on behalf of the Longmont Housing Authority (LHA), is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accountants firms to audit LHA financial statements and prepare various tax returns for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022. There will be the option of extending the contract for an additional four subsequent fiscal years. Portions of this work will be federally funded, and so additional federal grant contract requirements are incorporated in this RFP.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The City/LHA will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). The City/LHA will not accept late proposals for any reason, including force majeure events and technical difficulties. It is the proposer’s responsibility to submit the proposal in RMEPS prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time. Proposers who do not successfully submit a proposal by the Proposal Due Date and Time will not be eligible for evaluation.
