Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). The City will not accept late proposals for any reason, including force majeure events and technical difficulties. It is the proposer’s responsibility to submit the proposal in RMEPS prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time. Proposers who do not successfully submit a proposal by the Proposal Due Date and Time will not be eligible for evaluation.
