Summary of Specifications:
Bids are being solicited to conduct improvement to the landscaping at the above referenced location. Copies of the bid documents are available from the City of Lone Tree receptionist and accessible through Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website (www.rockymountainbidssystem.com). 

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted on site, scheduled for Friday June 10, 2016 from 11:00am. This will be your ONLY opportunity to walk the area to inspect the area with the City representative and the Landscape Architect, verifying existing equipment and conditions, as well as collecting the necessary relevant information to complete the proposal.
