Request for Proposal for Design-Build of Landscape Imrprovements at the Lone Tree Arts Center. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Lone Tree Arts Center, 10075 Commons Street, Lone Tree, CO 80124 on February 24, 2017 at 10:00 am.

Submittals shall include the bid proposal sheet with unit costs, a master concept plan and Phase 1 plan (either hand drawn or computer drafted). Submittals shall be hard copies with a flash drive or CD of the proposal to be submitted to 9222 Teddy Lane, Lone Tree, CO 80124 by 5 pm on March 15, 2017.
