Summary of Specifications:
This Contract provides for Construction of the following Bid Schedules:
1. Schedule A — Charter Subdivision (Lone Tree Filing 1): Approximately 45,119 SY of 2” asphalt rotomilling with approximately 5,013 tons of 2” overlay hot bituminous asphalt.
2. Schedule B — Lone Tree Parkway-Part 1 (Lincoln to Golf Course Crossing): Approximately 15,001 SY of 2” asphalt rotomilling with approximately 1,667 tons of 2” overlay hot bituminous asphalt and associated roadway striping.
3. Schedule C — Lone Tree Parkway-Part 2 (Golf Course Crossing to Yosemite Street): Approximately 21,394 SY of 2” asphalt rotomilling with approximately 2,377 tons of 2” overlay hot bituminous asphalt and associated roadway striping.
4. Schedule D — Crooked Stick Trail: Approximately 2,937 SY of 2” asphalt rotomilling with approximately 2,377 tons of 2” overlay hot bituminous.
5. Schedule E — Park Meadows Drive (East of Yosemite Street): Approximately 40,164 SY of 2” asphalt rotomilling with approximately 4,463 tons of 2” overlay hot bituminous asphalt and associated roadway striping.
6. Schedule F — Park Meadows Drive (West of Yosemite Street): Full depth removal and replacement of 10-Inch Asphalt Section.
