Summary of Specifications:
This Contract provides for Construction of the following Bid Schedules:
1. Schedule A — Charter Subdivision: Removing and replacing concrete handicap ramps, crosspans, and monolithic curb, gutter, and sidewalk within Charter Subdivision including Sweetwater Road, Wildflower Place, Lodgepole Trail, Chaparrel Road, Eagle Feather Way, Winter Way, Arrowhead Way, Seven Arrows Trail, and Sagebrush Trail.
2. Schedule B — Lone Tree Parkway (Phase 1): Removing and replacing concrete handicap ramps, crosspans, curb and gutter, and sidewalk within Lone Tree Parkway from Lincoln Avenue to the Golf Course crossing.
3. Schedule C — Lone Tree Parkway (Phase 2): Removing and replacing concrete handicap ramps, crosspans, curb and gutter, and sidewalk within Lone Tree Parkway from the Golf Course crossing to Lone Tree Parkway.
4. Schedule D — Crooked Stick Trail Removing and replacing concrete handicap ramps, crosspans, curb and gutter, and sidewalk within Crooked Stick Trail.
5. Schedule E — Park Meadows Drive (East of Yosemite Street): Removing and replacing concrete handicap ramps, crosspans, curb and gutter, and sidewalk within Park Meadows Drive from Yosemite Street to the Kaiser Permanente property on Park Meadows Drive.
6. Schedule F — Miscellaneous Concrete: Removing and replacing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, crosspans, crosswalks, and handicap ramps within the RidgeGate Development West Village.
