Description

Street lights that require preventative maintenance, upgrades, and
emergency and non-emergency repair in City of Greenwood Village. The location of each street light is shown on the map
attached hereto. The Contractor will encounter several different types of lighting throughout the
city. The City has identified these lighting types in the Citywide Street Light Inspection Form
and Street Light Equipment and Application Guide, attached hereto.
The Contractor shall be responsible for all maintenance or new work orders from the start of the
project and shall continue until the project is accepted and completed by the City.
Work to be done under the contract includes, but may not be limited to the following:
1. Street Light Routine Maintenance
2. Unscheduled and emergency repairs
3. Standard outage response
4. Underground Cable Replacement or Repair
5. Night Audits
6. Extra work, as, and if, requested by the City

Notice is hereby given that the City of Greenwood Village, Colorado (the "City") will receive
proposals electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System until 5:00pm on
December 3, 2025.
The request for proposals for 2026 Street Light Maintenance Services is available
electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System on the City of Greenwood Village
website, www.greenwoodvillage.com/bids.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to make final determination in
the event of duplications.
No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening
thereof. Any proposal received because of this request is prepared at the consultant’s expense
and becomes City property and therefore, public record.
Any questions regarding the project should be submitted electronically no later than 5:00pm on
November 24, 2025, via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System on the City of Greenwood
Village website, www.greenwoodvillage.com/bids. Any questions received after the submittal
deadline or those that are not submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing system will not
receive a response.
Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 pm on December 3, 2025, via the Rocky Mountain EPurchasing System on the City of Greenwood Village website,
www.greenwoodvillage.com/bids.
