The City of Greeley (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified entities (“Respondents”) experienced in providing, installing, configuring and supporting Online Sales and Use Tax Software, Professional Services for the Implementation of the Proposed Software Solution, Training and Annual Maintenance on the Proposed Software Solution (“Services”), on a non- exclusive basis, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The anticipated start date is 6/1/2024. Completion (including acceptance of the configured software solution, completion of staff training, and go-live of the proposed solution) is anticipated to occur within 90 days of the start date. The agreement will include three (3) years of support and maintenance, subject to annual appropriation, with the City’s option for renewal for three (3) potential annual renewals at the same rates.
