ITB-L08-08-220 - Roof Replacement at Mosier Hill

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this request to obtain pricing for roof replacement at Mosier Hill Reservoir as specified. Pricing will include all labor, equipment and materials to complete this project, within the allotted time, in a professional manner. This bid will be awarded to one overall low bidder who meets our requirements. A pre-bid meeting will be held September 15, 2008 at 9:30 am. All perspective bidders are encouraged to attend. Perspective bidders will meet at Mosier Hill Reservoir, 1205 54th Avenue (north gate), Greeley, CO 80634. If you do not attend the pre-bid meeting, contact Terry Griebe at 970-539-6232 to schedule a time to view the work site. It is a requirement of this bid that all bidders view the work site prior to bid submittal.
