Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: To replace cornerstone brick (cap brick) and open cell CMU, repair hole in one brick and repair the mortar cracks on the back wall. This pump house is located at Promontory Point, 1719 Promontory Parkway, Greeley, Colorado. The building dimensions are 20’ x 31’. The cornerstone block measurements are 8” x 16” x 1” and the CMU brick measurements are 8” x 8” x 16”. This building has sustained tornado damage requiring all bidders to view the worksite prior to bid submittal.
