F25-09-062 - Odor Control and Mitigation Plan - RFI

The City of Greeley, Colorado is seeking input from qualified firms and organizations to help shape a citywide Odor Control Assessment and Strategic Mitigation Plan. This Plan will build on past efforts with local industries to reduce odor impacts and create a comprehensive, community-wide strategy that protects public health, supports sustainable economic growth, and enhances quality of life.

The City’s goal is to develop clear standards, policies, and practices for mitigating odor emissions, while balancing the needs of businesses, residents, and stakeholders. The Plan will include data collection and analysis of odor sources and complaints, recommended mitigation strategies based on best practices and case studies, and a strong public engagement process to ensure the community’s voice is reflected in the final product.
