The City of Greeley’s Public Works & Transportation Department invites you to an introductory session on a proposed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) the City intends to release for procuring a Program Manager/General Contractor (PM/GC) for the City of Greeley (City) downtown CIP projects. The PM/GC will act as a program manager reviewing and coordinating City CIP projects within the downtown area. The CIP projects will be across all disciplines (Engineering, Stormwater, Water and Sewer, Parks, etc.).
The Program Manager will work with the City of Greeley managing director and department directors to identify cost- and schedule-saving opportunities, improve coordination, and streamline project delivery.
