IFB-S07-01-012 Ditch Construction - Ditch Construction, 65th Avenue to Covington Knoll

Summary of Specifications:
To install 640 Linear Feet Concrete Ditch Type 11-A meeting standard construction specifications, and tapered to match three (3) flared end sections. Removal of sod and subgrade preparation, excavation, stabilization materials (Class 6 – Road Base), compaction, formworks, concrete, testing and traffic control will be included in the quote. Construction must be finished by April 15, 2007. There will be no irrigation and sodding repair. Prior to start of the project HOA will shut down and relocate sprinkler system if necessary. Construction after April 15, 2007, will be assessed liquidated damages, delays in the amount of $500.00 per day.
