Description

The City of Grand Junction (City) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required for the Grand View Commons Subdivision Project per Section 3.4 and attached documents. All dimensions and Scope of Work shall be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. This Project generally consists of installing curb, gutter,
detached sidewalk, and asphalt widening on the east side of 28 road from the north property line south to Grand Avenue, constructing a new collector street section for Grand Avenue from 28 Road to 28 ¼ Road, and constructing curb, gutter, detached sidewalk, and 25’ of asphalt from the new Grand Avenue north to the existing end of 28 ¼ Road. Grand Avenue will contain water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer for its entire length. 28 ¼ Road will contain water. Along the north property line a 30” storm sewer will be built from 28 ¼ Road to the west to daylight in Indian Wash. Xcel will be
installing streetlights per the design.
