The City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is soliciting competitive proposals to obtain professional consulting services to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Grand Junction Fire Department Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division. The evaluation will assess current operations, service delivery, and revenue cycle management, and will provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability. In addition, the evaluation shall include an assessment of the proposed Community Paramedic Program.

Section 4.0 of this solicitation outlines the project objectives, service delivery expectations, facility and technical requirements, and applicable performance standards (Scope of Work). All Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation and incorporated into any resulting Contract.
