The City of Grand Junction, Colorado would like to enter into an annual contract with a professional traffic control firm to provide all related services as required, on an “as needed” basis; including regular scheduled events, emergency road closures due to weather, natural disaster, power outage, or vehicle crash, etc. Regular scheduled annual events are detailed in the solicitation document.
