A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Fort Lupton Water Treatment Plant on August 29th, (Friday) at 2:00 P.M., local time. Representatives of the City of Fort Lupton, hereinafter the City, and the Engineer of Record will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the Pre-Bid Conference. Because attendance is mandatory only those Bidders attending the Pre-Bid Conference will be allowed to submit Proposals for the Project.
