A second Pre-Bid meeting has been added. The attendees at the first mandatory pre-bid do not need to attend the second. If any additional items are discussed, they will be provided to all via addendum. Contractors wishing to bid must have attended one of the pre-bid meetings.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk with representatives of prospective Bidders will be held at 1:00 PM MT on September 20, 2023, at Drake Water Reclamation Facility. This will be your only time to view the buildings. Attendance is required if your firm intends to bid.
Weather permitting, a job walk will take place immediately after the pre-bid conference. Prospective Bidders shall bring/wear their own PPE for the job walk. Prospective Bidders are invited to present their questions relative to the Bid at this meeting.
