Description

The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 10084 Parking Services EV Charger Installation.
The City is soliciting Bids for Electrical Contractor services for the Civic Center Parking Garage, Parking Services EV Chargers project, to provide charging for City of Fort Collins, Parking Services fleet electric vehicles.
Scope to include procurement and installation of all materials and equipment shown in the drawings and specifications, including Owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) equipment. OFCI equipment product data and specifications will be included in the bid documents via bid addendum. Cabling for data cable to the chargers is by Owner, all raceways for data cable is by Contractor.
Final completion and final pay app billing for project must be completed and submitted by February 15, 2025.

Payment and Performance Bonds required only if BID is greater than $100,000.00

Mason St., Fort Collins, CO 80524. Please wear high visibility vest to Bid walk. Group will meet at the Southeast corner of Mason St. and Laporte Ave. All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Jake Rector, Senior Buyer at jrector@fcgov.com, no later than 3:00 PM MT on November 22, 2024.
