The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide Security Services on both a consistent and as-needed basis at up to three (3) local homeless shelter locations. The shelters range from 24/7 services to temporary overnight-only sites that provide shelter and other services for persons experiencing homelessness (PEH). The shelters are intended to provide enough shelter capacity during the winter months and emergency weather events to avoid having to turn anyone away into inclement weather conditions.
