Description

The City of Fort Collins (City), on behalf of the Poudre River Public Library District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers/Professionals for the upfit of a fully electric powered mobile library van.
The upfit of this vehicle is partially Federally funded by the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA). All ARPA Federally Required and Other Model Contract Clauses apply to this procurement. See Section VI: Sample Agreement, Exhibit E for reference. The Agreement will be between the District and the awarded Service Provider/Professional. The City will not be a party to the Agreement.
The chassis has been procured through Lightning EMotors of Loveland, CO. This is for the upfit of the chassis into a mobile Library van.
