10210 - Digital Signage for Transfort

The City of Fort Collins’ (City) goal in issuing this Request for Information (RFI) is to give vendors who are interested in entering into a contractual arrangement with the City an opportunity to exchange information with the City prior to the possible future issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFI is intended to provide both the City and the respondents an opportunity to learn more about how each conducts business.
 
City of Fort Collins Transfort Bus Division is researching the market for viable replacements for our current digital signage located at stops and stations. Please note that vendors are not expected to provide all requested solutions. Vendors with products that meet any portion of the hardware requirements are encouraged to submit a proposal.
