9663 - City of Fort Collins - Transfort Concrete Improvements STC & DTC

The Work of this Contract consists of repair and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete paving, concrete flatwork, re-sealing expansion joints, partial depth repair and concrete joint sealant at the South Transit Center (STC), and Downtown Transit Center (DTC). It is the intent of the Owner not to disturb the normal functions of the Transfort facilities, its employees, vendors, visitors, contractors, or related outside businesses during the Work of this project. Communication with the Owner and Engineer will be critical in order to maintain operations and achieve project goals to minimize impacts to daily operations. The Work included in the contract comprises all work completed by the Contractor to repair or remove and replace concrete joint sealant, curb and gutter, and pavement at the South Transit Center, and Downtown Transit Center. Portions of the crosswalks at the South Transit Center will be replaced. The required color for the concrete in the crosswalks is Solomon Colors 920 Smoke. Excavation and aggregate base course will be required in connection with the pavement replacement. The project includes tasks described herein and as outlined on the project plans.
