Bids may be submitted one of three ways:

Bids may be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/city-of-fort-collins no later than 3:00 PM MST on September 24, 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of City facilities to the public, if electing to submit a hard copy bid, we require one (1) hard copy to be received via US Mail. If mailed, they are to be sent to the City of Fort Collins’ Purchasing Division, P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 and reference Bid No. 9176. Please note, additional time is required for bids mailed to the PO Box to be received at the Purchasing Office. Mailed bids must be received at the Purchasing Office by the Bid Opening date and time.

Bids may also be emailed to purchasing@fcgov.com. Emailed bids must be received before 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on September 24, 2020 and referenced as Bid No. 9176.
