The City of Evans (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of single-family residential trash and recyclable materials collection services.

The City currently serves a population of approximately 22,165 people and has approximately 5,000 residential (single family and duplex) customers and 900 recycling customers. Approximately 1,200 residential customers also receive trash services for a second collection bin. Currently, both trash and recycling services are billed through the City.

Proposals can be submitted either electronically or via hard copy. Proposals submitted via hard copy must be delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside as proposal for the City of Evans Municipal Refuse Collection Services and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the company and address. Proposals shall be submitted to:
