The City of Evans is requesting proposals for the repair and coating of the metal roof at the Evans Community Complex. The project shall include but is not limited to the cleaning and removal of old patches, disposal of demolition debris, inspect, tighten or replacement of fastener and the installation of a roof coating system. The roof is 25 years old with normal wear. The intent of the project is to extend the life of the roof and eliminate the minor leaks that have developed over the years.
