Event Note

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 12, 2023 at 9:00AM MST at the South Platte Renew Facility located at 2900 S Platte River Drive. The purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to provide prospective Contractors with a visual inspection of the SPR facilities.

A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory pre-proposal meeting in order to qualify to respond to this Solicitation. Firms who fail to arrive/attend the preproposal meeting within five (5) minutes of the scheduled starting time shall be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for award.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Proposal must be received by the City Project Manager before the due date and time specified in Section 1.1 Statement of Purpose. Each firm assumes full responsibility for timely delivery of its Proposal. Any Proposal received after the submittal deadline will be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened. The time/date stamp clock on Bidnet, shall serve as the official authority to determine timeliness of the Proposal.

All Proposals must be submitted via BidNet.

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: The response must be received before October 3, 2023 prior to 2:30 PM (MST) as specified in this Solicitation. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that electronic submittals are received prior to the closing time specified.
