Description

The City of Englewood (“the City” or “City”) is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified Service Providers (“Provider”) to provide property management services for a parcel owned by the City and adjacent to the Englewood Civic Center and several residential and commercial properties as well as green space and a light rail station (“the property”). The property is located within the boundaries of the City and is bounded by Hampden Avenue, Santa Fe Drive, Elati Street, and Floyd Avenue and contains approximately 50 acres and, together with a leasehold interest in approximately an additional five acres to the northwest of the 50 acre site.
