RFQ 23-030 - On-Call Electrical Services

All Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted online via BidNet, or the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing Systems (RMEPS), www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. Questions or technical difficulties should be directed to the websites’ Vendor Support Team, (800) 835-4603, option 2.

Each firm assumes full responsibility for timely delivery of its SOQ. Any SOQ received after the submittal deadline will be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened. The time/date stamp clock on Bidnet, shall serve as the official authority to determine timeliness of the SOQ. The response must be received before the date and time set forth in Section 1.2 Procurement Schedule. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that electronic submittals are received prior to the closing time specified.

Statements of Qualifications may be amended or withdrawn only through Bidnet or the Procurement email provided in this solicitation. Amendments or withdrawals received after the SOQ opening will not be effective, and the original SOQ submitted will be considered. No hard copy SOQ or amendments will be considered. The Contractor agrees that its SOQ will not be withdrawn within ninety (90) calendar days following opening of the SOQ, and that during such time its SOQ will remain firm and irrevocable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, and to waive any technical defects in SOQs.
