A pre-proposal meeting and site visits will be held on November 7, 2023 @ 1:00OPM (MST). A representative of the Provider is recommended to attend this meeting in order to become familiar with the work and the Solicitation. Some of the sites are secure with restricted access. This will be the only opportunity to see sites during the solicitation process.
The pre-proposal meeting will start at Englewood Civic Center, 3rd floor, 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110.
Site visits will immediately follow the meeting at the Civic Center. NO questions will be accepted during the site visits to minimize the disruption onsite. All questions MUST be submitted in writing prior to the question deadline per 1.3 Procurement Schedule.
