Description

The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Emerson Park Enhancements and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Request for Proposal.

The Emerson Park Improvement Project is for general site improvements to the Emerson Park
area. Phase I (Landscape) Work includes:
1. Demolition and removal of sidewalk concrete, sod stripping, disposal and hauling of waste materials.
2. Tree protection and erosion control.
3. Site preparation and minor grading.
4. Concrete flatwork, crusher fines, and other surfacing improvements.
5. Irrigation restoration. Phase II
6. Park shelter, playground equipment, and miscellaneous site furnishings.
7. Sod replacement.
